How do I cancel my subscription? +
We use Dodo Payments for secure billing. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your personal Customer Portal here.
Is my client data safe? +
Yes. ITNC operates on a Local-First basis. Your credentials.csv file and downloaded tax notices stay strictly on your computer. We do not upload your sensitive client data to any external servers; the automation simply mimics your manual login process.
How should I format the credentials file? +
Use a standard CSV format. The file should contain columns for PAN and Password. You can download the template here to ensure the bot reads your data correctly.
What happens if the Income Tax Portal UI changes? +
Since you installed ITNC via the Microsoft Store, you don't need to worry. When we release a fix for portal changes, the Store will automatically update your app in the background. You will always have the latest version ready to go.
