Why does Windows block the .exe file?

This is a standard "SmartScreen" warning for new/ niche software. To bypass this, click "More Info" on the blue popup and select "Run Anyway." Our tool is declared safe by giants like Kaspersky, Avast and Bitdefender.
Is my client data safe?

Yes. ITNC operates on a Local-First basis. Your credentials.csv file and tax notices stay on your computer. We do not upload your sensitive client data to any external servers; the automation simply mimics your manual login process to retrieve data directly from the Income Tax Portal.
How should I format the credentials file?

Use a standard CSV format. The file should contain columns for PAN, Password and frequency of days to check (recommended to just punch 1 in all cases normally). You can download the template to ensure the bot reads your data correctly.
What happens if the Income Tax Portal UI changes?

When the portal updates we shall endevaour to update our software quickly. Simply download the latest version from our site and replace your old file—no re-installation required.
